Welp, the day’s really starting out well, fuck Yahoo. Your services have been out of service since Sunday and I need to access my account or I’m out of the money I paid. When you’re working minimum wage, yes, this is a BIG deal. Fix your shit, I tried calling your customer service and I’ve been told that the number on your website is “no longer in service”. You’re an online service and yet you don’t update your pages when you stop using a customer service number? And when I was able to find another number to call apparently my call couldn’t be serviced because of too much traffic (gee, I wonder why). THAT is fucking inexcusable. I haven’t had any issues with you until now, and it looks like I’m not the only one. The flying fuck, guys?
Oh, and thanks for not explaining what the problem is other than “scheduled maintenance”. No “we’re pushing to get the issue fixed _____PST”, just “we’ll have them done”. Seriously guys, usually I try to be as patient as possible with stuff like this, we’re all human, but an e-mail account is important for people, PLEASE fix your shit.
